had a crazy electrical issue on my 2015 Wrangler. Made an appointment and took it in at the time prescribed was taken care of immediately, diagnosed with in an hour, parts were ordered immediately, and the problem was rectified within the time period allotted by the service advisor. The technician that worked on my vehicle came and talked to me personally to better understand my problems and concerns. These people are courteous and try to do the best I can to resolve your problems. Other than the time it took to order and get the parts from the manufacturer it was a perfect experience. I would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone with a problem with her new Chrysler product.
