We got a 2014 Jeep from Royal Gate Dodge Chrysler last year. We traded our Jeep 2011 to make a good trade with them, but boy was it complicated! At first we thought it was a scam with the way they promoted their deals. But I decided to go in there and have them look at my 2011 Jeep. They offered 7,500 dollars for it, which I thought was pretty good. But then after we agreed with the trade, they sold the Jeep 2014 to someone else! That lead to another mess because it took a long time for us to find another car that looked like the Jeep 2014 we wanted. During that whole process, the staff was not communicative with us at all. We wanted people that were willing to help.
I will still go there for service because they are handy but I didn't like those previous experiences.
