The service is not great!

I bought my car from Royal Gate Dodge Chrysler Jeep of Columbia. My oil light was going on intermittently and I took it in to them to take a look. They told me that somebody would look at it right away and three hours later nobody had gotten back to me so I gave them a call. The gentleman sounded very uncertain about what the issue was. He said it was the fuel injector but he definitely did not sound very confident. They kept the car overnight to look into it a little more and I was without a car for the next day. They claimed they fixed the fuel injector so I went to pick it up the next day and the light came on again. I called back and spoke with the girl there. She told me that unless the light was on all the time they would not be able to diagnose it.

It just so happened that later that day the check engine light went on permanently. I bought the car back in after work again that day. I was hoping somebody would be waiting to receive it but again I had to stand around and wait. I wanted several hours again and they determined that it was not the transmission. They indicated that they would not be able to get to it that day so again I was without a car. I was informed the next day that they had to order a part. It took three days for the part to come in. The transmission was under warranty so I ended up not having to pay for it. I did however asked to be reimbursed for the unnecessary fuel injector I paid for. I was given the run around and was told the owner was in meetings or out for the day several different time. I finally left and message and he got back to me. He explained that he has been in the business for 30 years and that everybody needs to change their fuel injectors.

However, I am not one to replace something that is not broken and they misdiagnosed by car. I wanted a refund. The owner finally agreed to issue me a refund and mail me a check. About twelve days went by and I had still not received a check. I called back and was informed that they only cut checks twice and month and that I would have to wait. I finally received the check. My car is running good. The only reason that I give them three stars is because I ended up not having to pay anything but they are seriously lacking in customer service.
