Chad at Royal Gate Dodge Chrysler Jeep of Columbia was great. However, I am not satisfied for other reasons. We made the offer $500 less than the asking price and the contract was written with the asking price. They told us to just go with it and that they would cut us a check for $500 after the purchase went through. So we believed them and signed the papers. I have been calling and calling and they are giving me the run around about the $500.I am really disappointed and feel mislead. They lack follow through. The car itself is great but I would never recommend them.
