I bought two cars from Royal Gate of Columbia. I was going to buy another from them, but I had a really bad experience and will never go back for another purchase. One time, I took my exceptionally clean car to their service department. I got it back with the steering wheel, floor mats, and door handle full of grease. I had to come home and clean it all up again. They claimed it wasn't their fault.

When I was trying to buy one of the cars from them, the salesman would never call me back. Nobody else who was there could help me with the car, apparently. When I finally got a hold of somebody, they told me my payments would be too high. Isn't it up to me to decide if I can afford it or not?

The only reason I got back to Royal Gate is to receive my free oil changes and filters. I go elsewhere for all other services.
