I was going to buy a used vehicle from them, and I found one, but I didn't buy it right then and there. I went home, called them up later, and they told me it was still on the lot and they would hold it. I get there, and they had sold the vehicle to someone else. They kept telling me they would make it right, but I ended up getting a new vehicle where I got less of a vehicle and had to pay more than I would have for the other. I felt that they knew what they were doing, and that they sold it from underneath my feet. I have had other positive experiences with them but this time felt like I was cheated.
