I had Anderson wood floors that I bought from and had installed by Floor Coverings International for my baby's nursery. They came with a 25year warranty. Within 3 months after installation the floors had terrible areas where the finish was coming off. Over the next year it got worse and worse. Now remember this is in a baby's room, he wasn't old enough to walk and everyone that went in to see him took off their shoes! There was NO way for all this wear to occur! The floors were defective! I called less then a year after instillation and was immediately met with a snappy attitude by the sales person. They are trying to tell me that it's not covered by warranty and we must have scratch it...... It has 20 or more areas where the finish has come off!!!!! Give me a break! It's a baby's room, not a extreme fighting ring! It is not possible for that much damage to take place! Stay far far away form these people! Awful customer service! They don't stand behind their work. I would never recommend them to anyone
