It's been quite a while since Floor Coverings International of Jupiter, FL finished my project. They repaired and replaced some floorboards that had been done by a different company that was highly incompetent. The flooring is in a big open area that includes the kitchen, dining room, and living room area. They also did some adjustments and repairs throughout the entire house.

The person I dealt with most of the time was really conscientious about returning phone calls and keeping me up-to-date with the work and with when things would happen. FCI was pretty good in that regard. The whole experience was okay.

There were some issues that remained afterwards. I would have appreciated a follow up so they could see how things have settled down. I've been too busy to chase them down, but it's not too late for them to come back and make some little adjustments. There are a couple of boards that aren't laying as flush as they were at first.
