We dealt with Jason from Floor Coverings International. He handled everything from start to finish, which was a little complex because we are in a condo and he had to coordinate not only with us, but also with the condo management team and then another contractor that was in there at the same time.

Jason coordinated everything, communicated it all with us and these third parties, and did a great job doing that. Every date and time he gave us was accurate; he met every deadline. We love the bamboo flooring. Jason was very easy to deal with and very accommodating and seemed very experienced in what he was doing.
