Good.

They did wood flooring and tile upstairs for us. The initial job was fine and the work was good. After that they were supposed to bring us some additional flooring but they never did. Since they finished the job all contact has been cut off.

Update from FCI Jupiter: We have followed up with the customer on this. After the job was completed, the customer requested us to order an extra box of wood via several emails. Unfortunately, we did not receive those emails which may have been addressed incorrectly. We have spoken with the client and are ordering an extra box as requested. They continue to be pleased with their new floors.
