Charles automotive is a friendly diverse group of folks that you can trust. They are all friendly and helpful, and don't pressure you to do additional work other than what you came for. Their waiting area is clean, cozy, and full of nice snacks and a fancy coffee machine, and they have free wifi. I only give the total experience a 4 out of 5 because the wait was a little longer than expected for an oil change. But fortunately I was working in the waiting area so was not in any rush.
