I've been taking my car to Charles Automotive since 2005 when I moved to Maryland. I take it in for a real major check up at least annually and maybe one more time in the year if needed. They don't do things that don't need to be done. I'm not a car expert and if I suggest to check something and they know that it doesn't need to be fixed, they don't do it. I'm always very pleased with the outcome. I don't work very far from the shop so I bring my car in, they take me to work, and they pick me back up to get the car. The customer service is nice.

Charles Automotive knows my car so well that I won't have to buy a new car for a while. They keep it running for me.
