I really feel comfortable recommending Nashville Carpet Center to others because they are honest and professional and I had a great experience with them. I had ordered carpet from them which was to be installed throughout the upstairs in my house, and it was going to be a big and expensive project. When the carpet showed up, the installers realized that the backing on the carpet wasn't right and it would wear down significantly faster than a normal carpet would. The installers brought the issue to the attention of the company and they confirmed that it was flawed so they had to re-order the right carpet. Although I had to wait an extra month or so because of the flawed carpet, I really appreciated how honest the installers were. They could have just installed the poor quality carpet and I would have been stuck with it, but they clearly value doing the job right and making sure that we got what we wanted. The right carpet was worth the wait, and the way that they handled the problem was just great. Everybody that I dealt with was very nice, helpful, and friendly and it was great dealing with them. Overall, it was a great experience and I was happy with the quality customer service.
