The car was great, pick up and drop off simple and easy, but when I left an item in the car after drop off and followed up to track down the item I was met with indifference, attitude, and judgement! When asked if he could check the car for me, with the exact location of the lost item and the car number, he said he would do it "when he could" and that it wasn't his responsibility to track down my "lost toy." Despite EVERYTHING ELSE being great and pleasant, this has 100% ruined my experience with this company. 3 stars for the car and ease of check out/drop off. 0 stars to customer service (coming from someone who works in service). Very disappointed.
