My experience with Laughkin Kennel was great. The young man who was at the front the day that I came in handled everything so well. There were ten puppies running around and he was able to watch over them, answer the phone, and help out a dozen people at once. I was impressed by his customer service. This was my first time going there and saw a puppy that I wanted right away. The young man was very informative about the puppy's needs and what the contract entailed. I would definitely recommend them.
