We bought our Spa in the 90's from the San Mateo Store, when we still lived in San Frncisco. My family enjoyed the hot tub a lot, and we had no problem with the salesman. During the mid 90's we had to move to Vacaville, after my husband found a new job. This company came out and moved the Hot Tub from San Francisco to our new home in Vacaville for us. My only concern was that there was change in delivery dates, that messed up our plans a little bit, but overall this company compensated us with a gift certificate for chemicals. We still visit the San Mateo store when we are in the area, and talk to the nice manager there.
