Part of the work AAMCO Miamisburg did was an alignment. It turned out when I brought it back after 10 days for a checkup that it was pulling a bit on the alignment. I mentioned this and he took care of it. In the meantime they found out they had a problem with the alignment machine. They never got the alignment properly fixed. I went to another place instead.

I just talked to them on the phone and they are getting the machine fixed. They will issue me a check for what they charged for the alignments. They are nice and straightforward. I'm very pleased with that. It's good that he found out about the machine because now they won't have the same problem with another customer. I give them a 5 because he issued me a check. If he had not, I wouldn't have given them a 5.

The work required some time because it was major work done and I didn't want it rushed. I left the car for a day and a half. I'm glad they took the time to do it properly. It was worth the wait because they did a good job. Be patient and they will do a good job.
