professional and personable rep
I have mixed reviews.
First, John Sparman who came to solicit business for windows. I found him very friendly, personable and professional. Not pushy and willing to work with my schedule. At this point in time I'm not ready to install new windows.
When talking with another rep on the phone he insisted to have someone come over which I wasn't ready for. In the end I will not go with this company.
