I've bough a number of products from Soundscape, both audio and video. I don't know anything about hooking up the equipment so they came out and did it for me. I had a problem a year later after I fiddled with the connection. They came out and fixed it for me free of charge.

I've bought things from Soundscape and also had things repaired. Some repairs they did in-house and others they had to send to the manufacturer. It was all handled well. The shipping costs were reasonable and their prices in general are good.
