They are so responsive right away when I call. Ready to help me out and they really keep the lines of communication open. They keep me informed on shipping costs and delivery times - whatever I need to know. We have used them a few times for actual installations and that as well has always been a 5 star experience. The technicians there always show up ready to get right to work. They don't waste their time - or ours for that matter. They are prompt, polite and very professional every time I have had to to deal with them.
