My daughters have been taking karate classes for around 3.5 years now. They are getting ready to earn their 2nd dregree black belts!!

They,(we) love Syngergy Martial Arts or we would not have been going there for so long.

The staff,(instructors) are excellent. They all have multiple degree black belts and know their karate. The children learn, but also have fun. I believe one reason my girls love Synergy so much is because the instructors are mainly in their twenties and teens. They can identify with each other. Some of the instructors are teachers. The instrctors are great with all the children. They are professional and polite to the parents and students. It is very family oriented. They also have a word of the month. They talk about such things as courage,discipiline,goal setting,gratitude and more.

My girls are focused more, more confident,and show more respect. They are also learning self defense which we feel is a very valuable skill.

We love Synergy Martial Arts.
