Installer had no problem finding my obsecure workplace, was to the point in a professional way, and made it a non-issue for me to have this replacement done at my workplace. Honestly didn't expect that good a service, this gentleman did a fine job explaining to me the process and after the fact matters in a very pleasant manner. Very impressed.
