Mandarin Carpets put tile in most of my house: living room, dining room, hallways, and three bedrooms. It looks great. I got a little frustrated with the people at the store, but the person who laid the tile was great.

When he was laying the tiles, it didn't go all the way up to the wall. This was my first experience with laying tile so I was concerned. I talked to the installer and he said that you put a little board along the edges to cover it up. So I contacted the salesperson. He said that they would put the board in and it was included because I had asked for the whole price. The next afternoon I got a phone call from Angela and she said "Oh, no it's not included. Let me talk to Dave." The following day I got a phone call from Dave saying "No, I didn't say that." I like people to be upfront. I know for a fact that was what he said. That frustrated me, but I guess my frustration was with Dave. In the end, they put the board in.

I do think it was a good store. They've been there for 30 years and have a good reputation. That was the only glitch. In the end they did the right thing. The installer was also very courteous and nice and did a great job. He was pleasant to work with. I would use them again in the future.
