Overall I had a very good experience with Mars Carpet & Flooring. We hired them to install carpet in one of our rooms. The salesperson was really good and helpful. He put off ordering when we said we wanted to wait.

I wasn't here when they came to install the carpet, and the worker didn't stretch the carpet. I had to call them to come back and stretch it, and when the worker came he gave me some attitude. But now the carpet is fine.
