I have worked with Abbey Carpet of Petaluma three times. On two occasions, service was excellent, and the carpeting came out beautifully. During one experience, I had carpeting done on the stairs leading to the living room, and it came out horribly, but they came back until they made it right. I really appreciate working with them. When people come into your house to work on your floors, it's really nice to know they will be efficient, clean up afterwards, and won't leave anything behind.
