Bendele Abbey Carpet and Floor was on time for the estimate, my wife worked with them in the store, they were very amicable as we negotiated the price, and I questioned to make sure we got the product we ordered. The salesman called to check in with us as the installer came out and he called after he left to make sure everything was OK. I feel comfortable calling them if anything comes up and they have great follow-through.

The installer was great and brought up that we should call right away if any bumps or seams every come up. We feel very good about them and the product!
