Bendele Abbey Carpet & Floor was very nice. The man who came out with the samples did a good job explaining to us the difference between the carpets. He was nice and patient. He was willing to send samples home with us to compare and decide before he got there. He also brought additional samples when he came to the house. We had a very good experience with him.
