They were extremely nice, wonderful people at Hiltons Flooring. We ran into a couple little problems for which they apologized over and over, and some decisions made were not quite to my liking. The management was a little bit scattered at times, but nice. The workmanship was good, as was their followup. If I had any problems, they started fixing it right away. I walk into my room, look at the floor, and love it.

If I were recommending them to a friend, I would say to the friend, "But ask questions and be on top of things".
