One huge plus is that you're dealing directly with the owners. Chris and Kateri Dodson have a thorough knowledge of flooring - carpeting in our case - and provided excellent service from start to finish. Installation (ask for Jesse) was done expertly, and Chris came back more than once to make very trimming. You may pay less at other places, but you won't get the same value. You get what you pay for, as the saying goes, but we feel we got even more. Highly recommended.
