Linda Mason was out contact person from O'Krent's Abbey Flooring Center and she assured use, from the very beginning, that everything done in our home would be done exactly as she would expect it to be done in her home. From the time we spent with her in the showroom to the very last time she walked our of our door, she executed that mission perfectly.

The contract labor that they had worked for many other people besides O'Krent's and they were absolutely professional, finished in an amazingly timely fashion, and were conscientious. Anytime there was an issue that might have been anticipated, they sent our reps from the company to make sure that everything was okay and if any changes had to be made.
