We recently had new carpet and wood floors installed in our home and my mother in-laws home. The sales associate Edward was very accomadating and helpful, we appreciated his willingness to meet at our home with the samples.
The wood floor installers Carl, Ellio, Andy and the carpet installers Jenero, Martin and Jerry were very qualified and professional. They moved the furniture, and completed an installation that we are extremely pleased with. We are glad we used O'krents and would gladly recommend them to others needing flooring.
