We used O'KRENT'S ABBEY FLOORING CENTER for wood floor and carpet installations. Monica, the sales representative, was very knowledgeable about the products and made good recommendations for us. We had two different installer crews come, and both of them were extremely professional. They were very accommodating to our schedule. They cleaned up after themselves and did an excellent job. We would use them again
