We had used another company to put our carpet in but we were not happy with the customer service or the way they did the work. When we decided to do tile, I thought to try O'Krent's. The first day I went there the salesman was very helpful. He came out to the house and did measurements and gave us some advice. I really liked the guys that came and laid the floors down. They were sweet, wonderful, and helpful. They cleaned up after themselves and put everything back where it went. I was so impressed with them over the other company we used.
