We replaced all the cheap aluminum windows in the back of our house with new picture windows. Gray Eagle was really helpful in explaining our various options, and working with our budget. We had one snag when the windows came ordered in the wrong color (black instead of white), but they resolved it quickly. We've reapproached Gray Eagle about doing the windows in the front of our house.
