Several years ago had Anlin dual pane windows installed as retrofits throughout our home. Windows have performed beautifully to this point. Our rep Grayeagle's knowledge and service was exemplary, as was the performance of the rest of the installation and service staff. Subsequently also had plantation shutters installed throughout our home with similar results. I have recommended them also to others because of their professionalism.
