The minor glitch came when I thought I had set up my appointment online. The morning of my appointment I called to see if the technician would have time to check a couple of other problems, and it was then I discovered they didn't have me scheduled. They apologized profusely and though I had requested a morning appointment, they only had openings for the afternoon, which was fine. They called back about 20 minutes later and said they'd had a cancellation and asked if I would like to have the tech come on out. Zack (my apologies if I spelled his name wrong) showed up and was very nice, very professional and very knowledgeable. I showed him the few problems we had and he proceeded to check out all the issues and then to provide me with "understandable" explanations of the problems and the options to fix them. All I can say, is that if Zack is a "typical" representation of all of TLC's technicians, then you will not be disappointed if you need an electrician and give them a try!! This is truly a customer service driven company and they are a pleasure to work with.
