I asked TLC to send someone who could repair my intercom system and explain the various options available for a new system. The young man they sent, James, was terrific. His knowledge of intercom products is deep so he was able to take our general description of what we wanted and show us multiple options to choose from. James surpassed all my expectations. He arrived as scheduled and was meticulous at cleaning the dust and sheet rock that fell to the floor after installation. In short, we got what we paid for and are proud of our new intercom system. I highly recommend James at TLC to anyone looking for a similar solution.
I also would like to mention the professional staff in the office. They are very helpful and polite. They will return calls, which is sometimes hard to get businesses to do.
