A neighbor recommended TLC, and namely Zack for the tech. Zack was awesome and explained everything clearly and let us know our options. He did a great job with all the repairs and was such a kind guy. We have just had a major run around with a plumbing company (without hot water for 14 days) and it was refreshing to have a company that obviously cares about good customer service.
