I couldn't be more pleased with the service we received from your electrician Tim McGinty. We had a lot of issues with Oncor and Mr. McGinty really took control and went to bat for us. Due to many Oncor errors Mr. McGinty was kept waiting and inconvenienced over a 3 day period but he made sure that not only was our immediate electrical problem fixed but he gave great advice as to what to do in the future with some remaining problems. He also was able to get our power turned back on quicker than would normally be allowed by our city inspectors. He knew it was cold and we had had no heat in our home for over 3 days so he made sure the heat was back on before he left our home Sunday evening. I will use TLC again for our future needs, will recommend them to anyone and have put in a recommendation to Angies List.
