Griffin Insurance has been convenient for us, and I like that it is a locally owned business. We get better, local customer service. I have never called and received the run around. I always get someone on the other end.

Because they are locally owned, and a family owned business, I feel like I am dealing with a family instead of with a large company. I get personal and one-on-one attention as opposed to how I get treated at big companies. We have used Griffin Insurance for 7 or 8 years for both our car and home insurance.
