We have a friend who's an installer. They recommended we go to American Flooring. We ordered carpet and laminate, and when they came in, we saw it was the wrong carpet. Very cheap carpet. So we had to go back and they offered eight-hundred dollars to return it, which wasn't much, considering how much we initially paid for the carpet we wanted. And this cheap carpet they gave us would've lasted five years, that's what they told us. The one we wanted was supposed to last twenty years. We had to go ahead and move in and we had to wait for the new carpet. Once we finally got the right carpet in, it was good. Overall, it wasn't a great experience.
