American Flooring has done all of our flooring and back splashes--and their customer service has been absolutely excellent and fantastic, and we will always go back to them. The customer service impresses me the most. Monica has always helped us and she's always been so helpful in picking out colors and designs and making suggestions on what different things we can do. She always has the right answers.

I think their prices are OK, too. My Mom and Dad always went to them, and we went to American Flooring because they went. They thought the prices were good, so we just stuck with them. And the installers there are fantastic: They arrive on time and clean up after themselves.
