This was my first time selecting flooring, so I was starting from scratch when I went to American Flooring LLC. The customer service is great, they helped me with every area, were willing to give me suggestions and answered any questions I had. Their store has a large selection of flooring and they allowed me to take home several samples so that I could try things out. They have great follow-up and I am excited to get my flooring installed in a few weeks. Overall it has been an good experience and I would go back.
