Once AGAIN, customer service and following up on promises seems to be lacking. Was told by your service rep that the account mgr would contact us about further work that needed to be done. He did, he left a voice mail message. We returned his message, and that was the last we heard. That was two weeks ago. Following up with customer service seems to be a continuing issue with your company, this is not the first time!
