I went to Deluxe Dye Works & Area Rug to clean four rugs that had not been touched in six years. I did the delivery and pick-up to their location myself. It took them about a week to complete. They warned me ahead of time that, based on their construction, they may not survive the cleaning. He assured me though that he would do his best to keep them from falling apart. It turns out that they did survive. They look great now. The only thing that started to come off was the backing on some of the corners, but he had warned me beforehand about that, too. I believe I will get another five years out of these rugs, which is what I was hoping for.

I would recommend this company because they do good work. Everything is ready when they say it will be. Prices are reasonable. If there are any potential issues, they warn you about it at the beginning. There are no surprises with them.
