My family member had a fall at their home, hip fracture went to hospital for about 2 weeks. Toured all the the facilities in town felt like TLC was a great fit. The transition from hospital to TLC was easier than expected due to the helpful staff that coordinated every step of the way. During rehabilitation the staff also educated my family on how to take care of our family member once they were discharged home. Thanks TLC staff!
