The installer from Energy Attic who headed our installation team, Guy, was very straightforward. He communicated very well and walked us step-by-step through the process and what was going to be done. We walked into a couple things along the way and he stepped up and remedied those. He didn't have to as it wasn't apart of his contract, but he went the extra mile to do what was best for my house.

The job they were doing was an attic installation and radiant barrier. Everyone I talked to was very friendly, probably more so than any other contractor I've worked with. The customer or client service they have is really impressive. I felt comfortable about the whole thing and felt it was all done at a really reasonable cost.
