I really appreciated that Completely Floored didn't try to upsell me and they definitely were willing to work with me on affordability and good quality. The owner met me the most and helped me match my needs with what they had in stock. I was so pleased I even sent them a thank-you card. The carpet color wasn't something I would have chosen, but on their advice, I went for it and it ended up being perfect. They worked hard to get it done quickly so by the time I moved in it smelled nice and fresh, without any leftover pet urine odor.
