I ordered carpeting, pads and installation from Completely Floored. I have known one of their salesmen since the 1980s, and knowing of his character, I know that he would only work for a good company. The carpet manufacturer had some issues getting the carpet here, but Completely Floored kept us apprised of the situation. The installation crew they sent out were beyond reproach! They were three hardworking guys, and they cleaned up everything, and they hauled the old carpet off. We had snow on the ground at that time, and icy roads - but they worked hard to finish the job when they said that they would. They really worked well with us! Their service was absolutely Five-Star!
