I had a fantastic experience with Completely Floored! I needed some carpet and I didn't know who to use, so I went around to different flooring companies. With Completely Floored, they had a different selection, and they showed me an excellent selection until I found one that I loved. I went home and did some research, and learned this carpet was very good and had a very high rating. I worked with Ray, who was super helpful and had great communication skills. When it came time for the installation, Moses was the one who came out, and he was absolutely amazing with the carpet install! He was helpful, hardworking, and a really nice guy. All in all, it was a very positive experience, and I would absolutely use them again if I need further flooring work done.
